The Fall Hereford Influence Sale

The Second Fall Sale is approaching…

 

The Kentucky Hereford Association is once again teaming up with Blue Grass South Livestock Market, The Kentucky Cattlemen’s Association, the Kentucky Beef Network, the Kentucky Department of Agriculture and the University of Kentucky Cooperative Extension Service to organize our second fall sale as another opportunity of fair market trade to the producers of Hereford and Hereford Influence feeders.

 

Supply and demand is a basic rule for economics. As the demand for Hereford beef steadily grows, the Kentucky Hereford producers are given the opportunity to supply our quality beef in a more competitive market.  The results from the Fall ’09 and Spring ’10 sales reflect this and gained the attention of the feeder market on both the buyer and seller sides.

 

The second Fall Hereford Influence Sale will be held Tuesday, October 26 at 6pm EST in Stanford, KY.  The requirements for this sale remain the same.  This information can be obtained here or through any of the contacts listed below. We encourage Hereford producers through out Kentucky and the surrounding area to take advantage of this opportunity.
